Lovely 2 bed semi, new kitchen, new bathroom, new heating, solar panels, off road parking new windows due to be fitted in the next 6-8 weeks! This is a quiet cul de sac location in a lovely area. There are beautiful country and woodland walks near by the house has fantastic views. Not to far away from the willows shopping complex where there is a marks and Spencer’s, Sainsburys, Costa, home bargains, next there are also take aways , doctors, vets, pubs and restaurants also a convenient distance to Torbay hospital! There are regular buses to get to my where in the bay, Totnes, Teignmouth and Dawlish it’s very easy to commute to Exeter, Plymouth and beyond as we are not far from the Devon express way and A38. This is a lovely home I’m reluctant to move but I need the 3 bedrooms for my girls who are now 16 I would consider a 2 if the house had a separate dining room which I could change. I am ideally looking for Totnes would look at Paignton too. I am a serious swapper and ready to move I will multi swap. Thank you 😊
