I have a lovely 2 bed maisonette first floor with a private balcony and also have a communal garden with storage. My property is well looked after and has been modernly decorated throughout with new carpets and high floors flooring and tiled kitchen/hallway. Both bedrooms are nice sized doubles (one is very large) kitchen and bathroom have both been updated by myself to a modern white and grey, neighbours only one each side and no one above all are very friendly. It is a nice quiet area close to bus and train links and the high street is just a stroll away. The only reason I am looking for a swap is due to my DS special needs.
