Ground floor One bed, only one above. Large rooms, double glazed, since pics brand new light grey carpet in hall lounge and bedroom, extra storage room, newly decorated, nice area and quiet elderly above. I have found a place to swap in Dagenham, but they require a place so will be checking on here to see if any available that would want mine. If you are interested in mine please let me know and I will find out if the area is suitable for the one I'm interested in in Dagenham. The other party would like a 1 bedroomed bungalow. Or I Would consider 1 one bed flat in Dagenham, Hornchurch, elm. Park, rush green, Upminster or surrounding areas. Also would consider a multi swap as found somewhere to swap but they want a one bedroom in reading, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire , other places considered
