3 bedroom terraced house,with driveway,kitchen with separate dining room,wet room, one bedroom does need decorating as lodger has just moved out,I have a lean too with electrics,which goes of the dining room door and onto the garden,all closed in,which I use for extra storage,I.E, extra freezer and drier and other bits out there it does need a bit of TLC tho,a very large back garden,windows all double glazed and gch,with cbc on a flexi tenancy,close to local shops and all amenities and a school and bus stops I'm in the old part of ifield,and I have lovely neighbours,would really like to stay in ifield if possible
