I have a large 3 bedroom all doubles with a good size wet room that has a large shower cubicle Modern. I also have a balcony off of one of the bedrooms. I have a large front room as well as a good size dining room with another toilet/sink and cloakroom downstairs. I have a reasonable size kitchen full of nice decent cupboard space. I have a garden and am on ground and first floor front and back. This is one of the smallest estates in Lambeth and was described by the Head of housing as a little oasis in Brixton. Brixton has had a complete regeneration going on and is a very nice place to live. I have lived here for 39 years but its just to large for me now and I need to downsize to a two bedroom/ bungalow, ground floor flat or house with a small garden.
