I live in a beautiful 3 bedroom corner house . My property is in wa4 of Warrington close to Stockton Heath Village. It's situated on the new estate opposite Morrisons, I live on a cul de sac, end house, drive for 4 cars. I have no one over looking me and my front door faces the bushes, so very private. This past 6 months all all of downstairs has been decorated. I have had porcelain floor laid in my kitchen and laminate throughout the hall, living room and downstairs toilet. The patio double doors I the kitchen look out onto a medium sized garden, again this is not overlooked. The neighbours are lovely and most of us have lived here since 2012. It is a newish build and I am the first occupant.
