This flat is in the tiny village Chedgrave in Norfolk. It is on an extremely quiet and safe close where there has been zero crime or trouble the 7 years I have lived here. It is so quiet at night you could hear a pin drop. The flat itself is spacious and lovely. I am not just saying this - it really is a catch.

My friends say I would be mad to give this flat up. My reason for doing so is that I lived in Brighton 11 years ago and loved it and am eager to go back.

Chedgrave is seamlessly attached to Loddon (pretty much the same as how brighton and hove are joined together). Chedgrave itself is lovely and Loddon, which is 5-10 minutes walk away, is award winning. It is like something out of a postcard in places.
