This is a fairly large flat with gas central heating and double glazing. The only step up is from the yard into the flat and there is a grab rail outside, the rest is completely level. It has a disabled assist system with emergency pull cords in each room (although I don't have this set up). It's currently in neutral decor as I haven't decorated yet (I was waiting for confirmation of secure tenancy), but I am now starting room by room, so I'll update the pictures as each room progresses. It has the following (all measurements are approximate): Double glazed entrance door (step up) from shared yard (which has built in bin store and own shed) into hallway. Lounge (11' 10" x 11'2"): The lounge has a TV aerial & phone point plus another external double glazed door to the communal lawn space which is maintained by the Council. Bedroom (13" 3" x 9' 1"): TV aerial point and a small built in double door wardrobe with hanging rail. Shower Room (7' 1" x 5' 2"): Pedestal sink, toilet and 70cm x 70cm shower cubicle with electric shower & bi-fold door with safety grab rails inside & out. Hall: Full height cupboard with shelf and electric light. Connection point for high speed fibre broadband. The flat is just a minute's walk from local shops including newsagents (with paypoint & cash withdrawal machine which doesn't charge a fee), bakery, fish & chip shop, hairdressers, Chinese takeaway & pharmacy. The bus stops to both Bulwell and Nottingham City Centre are also just across the road. There is a car park behind the row of flats opposite, or on-road parking (side road) no restrictions or permits required. I need to move to be closer to my partner in the Lenton area for health reasons.
