I have a 1 bedroom flat in an over 55 block. I'm on the top (2nd) floor, the lift is opposite my front door. The block is very secure with fob entry. I have a disabled wetroom and a small kitchen. The living room is a good size as is the bedroom which has a built in wardrobe. There is a large walk in storage cupboard just inside the front door. On the ground floor of the block there is a laundry room and large lounge area and a beautiful communal garden.
