I have a beautiful Victorian conversion (ground floor and basement) with large, private garden (not shared with other neighbours). We are officially a 2 bed property. However, the 2 bedrooms are king size, so we divided one of the rooms, so now have 2 beds. This is still 3 bedrooms for housing association purposes-rent etc. We also have another little room which is too small to be classed as a bedroom but which we currently use as a nursery. In the past it’s been an office, a laundry room and actually a bedroom! Living room and kitchen have lovely high ceilings. A beautiful arched window in living room. Our neighbours are genuinely lovely. Real neighbours who will help you out. No noise problems. Tree lined street. Only need to move for schools and work.
