I have a lovely fairly new two bedroom house with a bathroom with shower over the bath upstairs and two double bedrooms. The kitchen has a dining area at the back. the sitting room is spacious and light. I also have a downstairs toilet. The garden is large and mostly paved. There is an outside tap. The front garden has two parking spaces.
