I have a large 3 bedroom home in Butler Close. It is a fixer-upper, with no fitted flooring/carpets (the kitchen being an exception) and the garden needing some TLC. The garden is fully enclosed, so suitable for pets. There are newly fitted french doors in the lounge, and it is wide and open. Kitchen units, bath and toilet are around 12 years old but are in great condition. Brand new gas combi-boiler, just under a year old. Bathroom and toilet are separate. Bathroom does not have a shower. Smallest room will fit a single bed, and the largest will fit more than a double. Storage space under stairs and in old boiler cupboard. (Boiler is now in airing cupboard.) Garages are available in the parking lot from the council, but we do not have one ourselves. House is close to schools, bus stops, and amenities. There is a play park 2 minutes from the close. Doctors is a 15 minute walk. Nice house, we just need to downgrade.
