I have a large 2 bedroom semi detached , that is an end property with a large garden to the front with a drive way and 2 large areas that I have chippings outside the front door. There is fencing all round the property that I have treated. There is also a garden at the back, The property inside is recently decorated and has been updated to a high standard. 2 large bedrooms, carpets and flooring throughout with new interior doors The reason I’m looking for a swap, is , the house is too big for one person and I think would best suit a family
