Assured tenancy as good as older secure tenancy. Grade 1 Listed Jacobean Manor House Forty Hall Estate & famous Myddleton House gardens where Lee Valley Park head office locates & white webs golf park are less than 1.6 miles away. I personally appreciate the history & nature this town provides. “London green belt” zone. One advantage in current energy crisis is that it’s underfloor heating with good building material and my utility bills haven’t changed from pre-pandemic.so the roof high gas price hasn’t concerned me. I am looking for swap to another area in London ( not interested in private tenant) or upgrade to 2-bed rooms outside of M25 with easy access to central London
