Can’t move till end of September. 3 bedroom semi detached house in quiet area in Rose Hill, Oxford. £598 a month rent, Oxford City Council, council tax band B. Separate dining room, upstairs bathroom and downstairs wet room which has just had a new shower fitted and toilet. Front and back garden, large living room and open plan kitchen. Council are putting in new flooring in kitchen and wet room soon. House needs some decorating and gardens need some tlc which I am unable to do because of disabilities. Looking for a 3 bed, preferably a bungalow (OT assessment has deemed this property unsuitable for my mobility). Must have a garden for my dog. Will add/ send photos when council work is completed.
