Both bedrooms are a fair size, 1 bedroom has large built in wardrobe, the other has windows on 2 walls - nice and light. 2 storage cupboards in the hallway, 1 has chest of drawers inside plus shelving. Separate toilet and bathroom. 5 min walk to Priory Park, with reigate Town just the other side. There are also other fields close by. 9 min drive/20 bus ride to Redhill. Decorated over the past year, carpet and lino in kitchen, toilet & bathroom fitted Dec 2020. I love it here, love the park being literally right behind me and am very happy here, I would only move to have my own garden.
