I live in kings farm area with two large bedrooms house. One room big enough for a double bed and high sleeper with all the kids toys and furniture. Second room is a large double bedroom with office space and cupboard which is changed into a wardrobe. Kitchen/ dinner. Two spacious bathrooms with shower/bath upstairs with toilet. Downstairs toilet which is large. Front room which has double doors opening on to a reasonable size garden. Drive to park car on. Would like to exchange for a three bed so children have their own space. Must allow pets. Would ideally like a drive to park the car and good size garden. House only no flats.
