I live in a 3 bedroom end of terrace house in a lovely area in Borough Green. There is one family bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs. The kitchen is separate to the front room/ dining room. There are no steps to get into the house, and one flight of stairs in the house to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are a decent size, with built in wardrobes. The last room is a single bedroom which is good for kids or a study room and includes a built in wardrobe also. The kitchen is big and just needs a repaint! The back garden comes with an outhouse, however the property comes with a huge front garden, and all my energy has gone into the front garden trying to maintain it and not so much the back. The out house has electric sockets in there and you can use this room for a laundry room if you wish! The area: The area is beautiful! I am situated at the bottom of the hill.. There are fields at the top of the road which is lovely to have a nice stroll during the summer or to take your dog out on a walk, and when it is snowing, all of the children take there sledges to the fields to have fun down the hills! There is a local shop and a couple locals pubs. Driving into the village takes less than 5 min and there you will find your shops such as Sainsbury’s, Coop, post office, Costa, library ect. There is a secondary school which is very close and various primary schools. The nearest shopping centres are Maidstone and Bluewater which are both 20min away.
