I have a 2 bed bungalow fenced in garden with greenhouse and shed.1st bedroom has a built in wardrobe,2nd bedroom is a large single could be a double ,large living room,eatin kitchenI more than usual storage.large airing cupboard,plus large storage cupboard..parking outside front gate.very nice area,..very helpful neighbours...lots of walks .just 2 miles from Hay on Wye... I will consider any where in canarthanshire or pembrokeshire
