I have a lovely spacious ground floor flat in a new area of andover.its a 1bed flat the front room and kitchen is all open plan the bedroom is a large double bedroom with built in double wardrobes.in the hallway there is a very large cupboard.the bathroom is also very spacious with a bath with a built in shower.in the front room there is a cupboard for extra storage there is room for a dining table between the kitchen and front room if u wanted the kitchen has a floor to ceiling larder cupboard...just outside the front door I have my own corridor before going out onto the main communal area where the post box is and u have your own key too.in the lounge and bedroom there are two large windows..the flat comes with it's own parking space there is a bus stop right outside the front two shops very close and a school round the corner.its very quite here.pets are aloud. .I think that's it I cant think of anything more to tell u if you have any questions please ask thank you..
