Anyone in the Isle of Wight.Spacious one bed bungalow in much sought after area of Weymouth near to Chesil beach. Local amenities, doctors, dentist, shops, pubs and social clubs an easy flat 10 minute walk. The bungalow has open plan front garden with fenced in private back garden, pets allowed. The back is South facing and a proper sun trap. The kitchen is a good size, well fitted with non slip flooring and the bathroom was converted to a wet room last year. There are 2 huge storage cupboards in the hallway and plenty of room for shoes and coats. It’s all neutrally decorated, I prefer to add colour with furnishings. I love it here but I need to move closer to family in Fareham so this would be a 3 way swap. The lady in Fareham is desperate to go close to her family in the Isle of Wight, we are all set to go but have reached a stalemate.
