Lovely end of terrace 2 bedroom house Front and back garden with view of pine trees out the back Not in estate , on the edge, with private houses across the road Not too close to other properties Green space out back Lovely next door neighbors who even mow my front lawn for me Prime location Close enough to everything. University , town Canterbury west train station But not too close . Bus stop a couple of minutes walk With bus stops going to Town , Whitstable and herne bay . Parking lot to the left of the property If you own a dog there are places near to walk it . Properly would need updated carpeting except Lounge / diner area as only about a year or 2 old and very clean Large. L shaped. Lounge diner I large. Master bedroom and one good size 2nd bedroom. With built in closet I cloak room and cupboard downstairs 2 cupboards upstairs . I’d like a 1-2 bed bungalow wincheap if poss to be near my mom
