I have a large 1 bedroom flat ground floor, with a massive garden and front driveway parking. I love my flat, and I thought when I moved here 13 years ago, that this would be my forever home. But things change and I need to give up this lovely flat because I need to move areas so that I can have my daughter live with me to become my carer. But back to the flat, I have a newly installed shower room, a modern kitchen, a large front room and large bedroom. Everything is modern and up to date. I’ve just had a new boiler installed with digital thermostat. But what makes my flat special is the outside space I have a front drive big enough for 2 cars. And the back garden is huge, because I’m a corner flat I have a wraparound garden so big back space plus corner back space. At the moment I have 3 mobility scooters parked on the patio with still room for a table . Then I have my top space which I have artificial grass on . then a top patio with patio set and seven seater corner sette
