The home I am wanting to swap is a 2 bed garden flat but it is more like a bungalow with own large south facing garden and just one lady above who is easy going and hard of hearing so fine with a little noise. Next to the woods, morrisons and good schools. Lovely cherry blossom tree out the front, a sun trap patio at the back and space to grow veg. Warm weather down here. I have what I call my snow coat and only wear it roughly once every 3-4 years. Jumpers and gloves are enough most years. Friendly neighbours, lovely cathedral town with half hour journeys to several beaches and pretty little towns.
