I have 2 bedroom council flat on 15th floor. I'm looking for a 3 bedroom house because my family is growing and our flat is small now for my family. We just renovated the flat with née flooring and paint. There's a car park on the site, (permit holder) There's a bus stop out side my flat which take you straight to town centre and barking station(only 2 stops) or you can walk for only 7 mins. I have a beautiful vie which you get to see the city from A406. GP, school and corner shop only couple of mins walk. We have a kids park and out door gym just out side the flat. My neighbours are all very nice. I love my place, if it wasn't for a family growth I could see myself living here all my life. P.s serious swap only
