lovely well spaced first floor flat with own front door and stairs leading to a second front door. lots of storage places under the stairs and above there stairs an electric cupboard and small cupboard in bedroom. all decent sized rooms. electric shower and bath. smart metres installed kitchen has plenty of cupboards and a pantry. big garden with patio allowed pets. looks like an house from the front. only 1 person living below.
