I have small 2 bedroom property in Folkestone. The lounge is at the front, the kitchen at the back, the kitchen is only 2 years old. I have a large cupboard under the stairs. I have a front and back garden. Upstairs I have 2 bedrooms. Room 1 - small single Room 2 - double room with built in wardrobe. Bathroom is a shower over the bath, around 2 years old. In need of work to the gardens but fairly sized front and back.
