I have good size one bedroom flat at east beach Shoeburyness. We are in a small block of six flats in total .Good size kitchen and have a wet room shower. Plenty of cupboard space . We are on east beach Shoeburyness. Its very quite here and good Neighbours . The reason i have to swap is because you have to be over 55 to live here and my daughter lives here with me and her name cannot be put down on the tenancy . I am looking for anywhere in Essex really .
