Hi, I am looking for a suitable exchange from my studio flat to a one bedroom property preferably a bungalow but a house or lower ground flat would be considered. The property I'm moving from is sheltered housing for the over 60's , it's a lovely studio flat with with a floor to ceiling bay window looking out onto part of the well maintained gardens in a open plan lounge/bedroom area with open plan kitchen. The bathroom is suitable for wheelchair access & into the shower also. There is a very large airing cupboard with plenty of storage space. Bexhill-on-Sea Town & seafront is only a 10 minute drive away. The scheme manager is onsite from 9-5 Monday to Friday & honestly couldn't be more helpful. Please ask for further details if needed.
