i have a 3 bedroom end terraced house with added conservatory mature gardens gated driveway for two or 3 cars in feenan highway .large outbuilding summerhouse plus shed with bar in all electric light etc downstairs bathroom new fitted kitchen in white fitted last year ,lovely quiet neighbours decorated to high standard rent us £119 A Week including water rates, would like a 1 bed maybe 2bungalow or house only in exellent condition prefer council property no london dagneham okendon areas has got to be in exellent condition and have shower .and nice garden .im downsizing from 3 bed .only essex areas no ģrays or tilbury would like to be near daughter in goldhanger or near maldon may consider other areas council only may consider housing associations if right rent in right place .
