I currently live in a lovely 2 bed house conversion with own private gated entrance. (one tenant above) Both bedrooms are double rooms with built in wardrobes. The living room is a lovely size with large windows and has a storage cupboard The hallway also has a newly built in storage cupboard and a new front door. The toilet and bathroom are separate from each other and the property has both a shower and bath. The kitchen was fitted just under a year ago as well as a new back door and window. The garden is extremely large and has a brick shed with two separate spaces, the garden is also accessible via a side gate and has had new fencing fitted to both the front and back garden. I understand that we all have our own individual style with decorating and we’ve made our house a home but I am happy to paint all rooms white to accommodate for this, I love my home and I would love to stay but due to my daughters health needs I need a property with an additional room.
