My bungalow is a one bedroom with with a large living dining room also a wet room style bathroom a brand new kitchen and a double bedroom there is a small garden at the front of the bungalow with a area for the rubbish bins also a ramp to the front door there is also a enclosed garden to the back of the bungalow with a high gate at the side of the bungalow which you enter into the back garden which is very low maintenance. My bungalow is situated in a cul de sack and is a very quiet area with excellent neighbours the area I live is 5 minutes from junction 37 of the M1 motorway in Barnsley and also a short drive or bus ride to Barnsley Town centre. The bungalow is ideal for either a single person or a couple. I will consider 1/2 bedroom bungalows or ground floor apartments in all areas of Blackpool including Cleveleys Fleetwood Lytham St Anne's also.
