Hi I have a 5 year old new build ground floor flat, 1 bedroom. It’s disabled access and would require to move to a disabled access property also. It has a private front door and within walking distance (5 min) to co op, Lidl, b&m, Poundland and farm foods with aldi being about 8 min walk away. There are bus stops right outside and across the road. I would be looking to move to Avoch or surrounding areas to a larger property no more than 2 bedrooms and at least 2 bedrooms to be closer to family to receive the care I need at the moment. There are 2 storage cupboards one large one small, a small porch , one bedroom one living room one kitchen one bathroom with walk-in shower and wide doors for wheelchair access throughout the property. Walls have been plastered professionally so they are nice and strong as the council don’t seem to plaster these days.
