This is a spacious studio flat with a separate bathroom and kitchen leading off a small hallway. The kitchen has space for a cooker, washing machine and fridge freezer. The main window is wide and lets in a lot of light. You can see the Gravesend Promenade with its beautiful gardens and you can also see the River Thames. It is nice to see the cruise ships going up and down the river, and it is nice to see the firework display from my window every year, without having to pop out into the cold. The flat is on the 3rd floor and there is a lift. So you do not have to go far to your front door when you go back home from work or with shopping. The floor in the living room has wood effect lino. The hallway, bathroom and kitchen all have the black standard council floor tiles. I liked living with the tiles, but it will allow you to put your own stamp on the flat if you wanted to change the look. There is a bin shoot next to the lift, for swiftly getting rid of your rubbish.
