3 bed ground floor flat, 1 standard double and 2 small doubles, all rooms are rather long, Extra room off the hallway which used to be a balcony but the council has since blocked them in with large windows, i converted the room into my cake decorating room. It could be used as a utility room, office space, you could even take the doors that separate it from the hallway and have an open space. There’s lots of things that can be done with that room. Kitchen is on the small side but I can manage to cook Xmas dinner for 18 people so it serves its purpose. My property comes under Clerkenwell, there’s a 10 minute walk to Angel which has a market and lots of shops, everything you’d need. Barbican station is 10 walk as is old street station. I honestly love it here but I need to be closer to family as I’m not always mentally well and I have no support network where I live, so I’m desperate to move. Areas I need are either bishop stortford, Redbridge area, havering or Harlow
