House is a new build,( only 3 years old) semi detached, and located in a quite car park with just one neighbour . There is two off street parking bays right outside the front door allocated to the house.A small entrance hall leads to the stairs and the kitchen. The kitchen/dining room are a good size. Plenty of cupboard space, and an under stairs storage cupboard. There’s a down stairs toilet, and living room, both a good size. The living room leads onto a large garden with small patio area for seating and grass. Upstairs is the bathroom, with shower over the bath, and two good size double bedrooms . One has a loft hatch and the other has a good size airing cupboard.I need a bungalow or house with a separate dining room, living room, but am open to other property types. My house is with platform housing association.
