I have a lovely 2 double bed flat in a lovely cul-de-sac in N8 right in the middle of crouch end muswell hill while still walking distance to turnpike lane wood green etc etc L&Q with an assured tenancy. The rent is 150 per week we have 3 parking permits on private property. Small balcony over looking harginey river weve lived here for 6 years and had nill problems or issues with the flat central heating double glazed windows large rooms high ceilings etc etc. We've had the same neighbour's throughout the time I've been here all the houses in the cul-de-sac are privately owed so the area is well looked after and safe. I'm looking for a 2/3 bed house with a garden but will consider without also would consider a massionate I love a cul-de-sac so no estates not bothered if council or HA. Harginey hackney islington maybe Enfield and maybe camden depends on property location.
