Hello I have a two double bedroom semi detached house with private rear garden, parking space outside the house, local shop is 5 doors away open from 7am till 8 30pm very good range and the shop keepers are lovely, there is a dog walking park directly behind the garden which is always a pretty view no matter the weather and there is also a playground walking distance, 20 min walk to Cirencester or good local bus route’s one stops outside the house and up the road a bit. There is also a built in wardrobe in main bedroom lots of storage space under the stairs as well as the loft and two lockable out buildings for storing bikes tools etc. rent is £460 and council tax I believe around £100 a month, ideal if you work in town as you can cut transport and parking costs massively as it is a walk into the bustle of town, if you know or work in Cirencester it’s not cheap for parking etc. small patch of green to the front of the house.
