I'm looking to swap from a 2 bedroom flat in Borth to a 3 bedroom house with a garden in the Aberystwyth area as I ha e two children a girl and a boy who are currently sharing a small bedroom which isn't right as my eldest is 13 and youngest is 9,where we are currently is overcrowded, in need of a swap as soon as possible as we have another child on the way,also need to move to the Aberystwyth area as both children are in school there, my son has learning disabilities so need to be closer to his school.
