My home is situated in a small village called Urchfont ‘ an 11 min drive from Devizes where you can find all local amenities such as supermarket etc. The house is on a quiet lane , locally we have a beautiful village pond , a pub , community ran shop , primary School & park & a village hall. 10 min walk from the local farm shop which has a hair dresser, Pilates & massage studio and a couple of other smaller shops. The village is surrounded by an idyllic setting , including woodland & so forth which is beautiful in the spring and summer months Short drive from other local schools In the process of uploading more pictures of the inside of the house also. Heating is via electric storage heaters but they are up to date so keep the place warm. I tend to have them switched off from around March/April through to the winter months. Space for 2 cars on drive way The only reason for my move is that I want to move closer to my partner in Amesbury
