We have a lovely 2-bedroom house in a cul de sac in Brighton Hill. Nice area close to Asda, a park and the m3 motorway. The front garden is slabbed with a white stone border and a red brick wall, all relatively new. The back garden is mainly wooden decking throughout as well as a small area which has been slabbed. This requires very minimal maintenance. The interior of the house is painted white. The kitchen has white worktops, a new sink and mixer tap, and large new tiles and spotlights have been installed. It is a fairly big kitchen 4X3m with plenty of storage. The bedrooms both have built-in wardrobes, one room has a single built-in wardrobe and the other room has a double 2m wide built-in wardrobe. Which leaves plenty of space in both rooms. The living room is a big size 21m² painted white with one grey wall on which the TV is mounted. We are looking to exchange for either a 3 or 4-bedroom house, we have 3 children and a 2-bedroom is simply too small.
