Gateway to the Lakes!

My house is located 2 miles from the M6, 6 miles from Kendal and only 11 miles from the beautiful Lakes. The house has beautiful, uninterrupted views looking across to the western fells of the Lake District National park. The house has 3 bedrooms, fully central heated and insulated. Recent works carried out consist of a refurbish roof and new doors. The lounge has a log burner and a fireplace in the main bedroom. Decor is tasteful and modern but could do with a refresh in the kitchen and hall. The kitchen is modern with a granite work top and the bathroom is also modern, installed by us the tennents There is a summerhouse in the garden that a price could be negotiated if desired. The Garden is well landscaped with stone walls and patio. The is a lovely covered seating area to the side of the property overlooking the views to the front of the house. The is ample attic space for storage. The house is situated in a small village with one way in and out.
