Yes we have a large 1 bedroom 1st floor flat has just had a brand new kitchen fitted we live in a beautiful lactation we have our own carpark down stairs we are in a very small flat on its own there is just a ground floor and 3 nabours in that floor and just 2 lovley nabours on our first floor just one lot of stairs but not steep we have a garden a rotary line and beautiful vews and walks and we live in a cul-de-sac persiton we all so have a bus service evry half hour. It takes me and my husband 20 minutes to walk to the market town with has a lovely sandy beaches and the sea we have the gulf stream here so in the summer the sea is very warm we have a huge buttlins somerworld holladay camp here and we have a steam station that that has Thomas the tank engine that comes here and the trains travel to Taunton and we are just 15 miles from tiverton Devon and then Cornwall we have been magna council tenents for 5 years so there is a great lot of life here lots to do and the people
