I have a 2 bedroom terraced house opposite rokeby primary school, just down the road from rugby free secondary school and quest school. Nice size back garden. Good size front garden, I have a driveway but I have fenced it off as I dont drive, but could easily open it back up again if wanted a drive. 2 good sized bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Living room and large kitchen downstairs. Good neighbours here, and been here 10 years I just need another bedroom as I havent got 1 at the moment. Kids cant share as 13 year old female and 7 year old male so Im downstairs.
