The Property I live in is a 2nd floor 1 bedroom Flat. This building does not have a lift only stairs, the building overall consists of ground, 1st and 2nd floor. My Flat consists of a standard size living room, 2 Store Rooms, 1 large bedroom, Kitchen and Bathroom with shower over the bath. The flat also has its own car park with permits including visitor permits. When I moved in I had painted all the walls and doors of the flat and decorated with wallpaper. I have had my own carpets fitted which cost me £565 and so I will take the carpet with me when I move, if I find a suitable swap/home. It has been 1 year of myself living in the flat and remains in excellent condition. This flat is situated in the west bromwich town centre very close to shops/restaurants/amenities, bus stations/tram stations/school/colleges etc. Also very close to the new square shopping centre. Reason for moving:I need ground floor 2 bed flat as I have a 7month old baby. My Landlord is Sanctuary Housing Group.
