My home is a 3 bed but the 3fd bedroom is down stairs and also sitting room good size kitchen is not a bed size plus a back room off the kitchen for washing machine and dryer and also fridge freezer up stairs is a double bedroom and also a really big double which could be made into 2 bedroom it has to window in that room the back garden is small but I can have table and chairs out there no problem there is a big park right by the house and a shop 3 doors away bus routs all round shops and school also 5 mins walk to town everything so close by .
