The studio flat is modern and well decorated in neutral colours. The kitchen is large and modern, as is the bathroom, which has a bath and shower with grab rail. It is light and airy and is on the ground floor of a block with good security. My neighbours are very good and helpful and I'm within walking distance of the vibrant town centre with all its amenities.
