The building has a maximum of 4 properties per floor, with carpet external landings a lift a cctv camera. You can watch cctv from the comfort of your TV aswell as answer and give access to intercom entry through your phone. I'm 1 minute walk from the canal and 5 minutes to old street/Shoreditch
