I live in a nice quiet crescent with lovely friendly neighbours, Ihave A newly built large 2 king sized bedroom which consists of a small front garden with your own parking bay outside the front door a hallway with 1 downstairs bedroom, a WC, a large open plan living/kitchen dining room, with double patio doors leading out into a large rear lawned garden. Upstairs has 1 bedroom and a decent size bahroom, with shower over the bath, and a walk in storage/airing cupboard, my property is close to all local amenities ie bus routes, Doctors surgery, schools, corner shops etc and I am about 5/10 minutes from the onestop shopping centre in Perry Barr. I am in need of a 1 bed bungalow only many areas will be considered please ask thank you
