I have a two bedroom house wanting to swap for a 3 bedroom. Property comprises of gated front garden with grass and greenery. Rear yard is part pebble, part grass part concrete. Reasonable sized lounge 2nd reception room used an a play room/dining room woth cupboard under stairs storage which stores a lot. Long but narrow kitchen with black units and dark walnut cupboards. Bathroom including shower over the bath Upstairs there is a large master bedroom very spacious with a built in cupboard with hanging rail (I currently have double bed, 2x chest of drawers, additional double wardrobe, 2x bedside cabinets, dressing table, cot) the items I listed I just to picture how mug the room is and plenty of room left in the room. 2nd bedroom is of average size which fits in 2x beds, wardrobe and toy storage units. Fully carpeted baring the kitchen and bathroom which is a lino flooring. House has recently undergone all new double glazing windows.
